Recycling & Warranties

Recycling:Patagonia On Thames Street supports the motto, "Reduce, repair, reuse, recycle," and we participate in the Common Threads Partnership that Patagonia promotes. We accept all Patagonia products for recycling, and the process is easy. While we encourage you to reduce, repair and reuse garments before recycling, any Patagonia product that has reached the end of its useful life may be sent back to us to be recycled or repurposed. Simply wash the items first and use one of the following collection methods:

Returns/Warranties: If you have a return/warranty issue and have purchased the item from Patagonia On Thames, then bring it in to us and we will process your warranty. We are an independently owned and operated Patagonia Store, therefore we are not financially connected to Patagonia Corporate. If you have purchased an item from Patagonia Corporate that you would like to return for warranty, we recommend that you follow the steps below:

  1. Prepare your return
    If you have the original invoice/packing slip that came with your item, fill out the bottom portion. 
    If you do not have your invoice/packing slip, please use our printable Returns & Repairs Form.
    If this is a repair request, note any special requests or notes on a separate piece of paper. By law, garments sent in for repair must be clean; please wash items for repair before mailing.
  2. Mail your return

    Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Patagonia cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
